RETURN POLICY

Do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We like to help you! Exchange or return is possible up to 14 days after the delivery date.

The returned product must arrive at our warehouse complete, unopened and undamaged.

Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily by following the steps below:

1. Send us an email at Gildinggold@hotmail.com and we will provide you with return instructions.

2. You will receive a return form from us. Please fill this in as clearly as possible and include it in your return package.

3. Deliver your package to the carrier of your choice within 14 days of receipt.

4. After we have received your return in our warehouse, we will process your return within 10 working days. Our returns department will keep you informed by e-mail.

GildingGold does not offer refunds for items purchased on sale or at a discount.

These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or exchanged for store credit.
